Portia Sinnott of Micro Services Plus (MS+) is an internationally recognized discard management specialist. Established in 1983, MS+ specializes in innovative, cutting-edge sustainability projects and also provides research, data management, programming and project services to firms in the US and Europe. The convener and team leader of the Zero Waste Brain Trust, she has led several USEPA projects including a Zero Waste Franchise e-Guide, a Zero Waste Community Planning e-Guide, and a Zero Waste Community Assessment Tool. MS+ has conducted numerous studies, outreach projects, and technical assistance – including more than 150 business assessments.
